You didn't wait for anyone to notice the outfit, the confidence, or the entrance — you clocked it all yourself, immediately. You noticed first and said so out loud, no false modesty required. Everyone else can catch up whenever they're ready.

People spend so much energy downplaying themselves just to seem approachable, like confidence needs an apology. You skipped that step entirely and never looked back. Owning it turned out to be a lot more fun anyway, and a lot less exhausting.
