Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Rebel Ink Designs. The terms below explain how we process and ship your order.

Domestic Shipping

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier. Occasional delays can occur (weather, carrier backlogs, etc.).

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Available service options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Rebel Ink Designs.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking will typically activate within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, contact us first at support@rebelinkdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help evaluate the issue and, when applicable, assist with a carrier claim. Please keep all packaging and items as delivered until we advise next steps.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please check with household members and neighbors and allow 24–48 hours for a potential late scan.

If it still hasn’t surfaced, email us at support@rebelinkdesigns.com and include your order number. While Rebel Ink Designs isn’t responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we’ll share delivery details (address used, date/time, carrier, tracking) and help you open an investigation with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional postage to reship.
