Someone's got an opinion about your tone again, right on schedule, like clockwork at this point. You used to soften it, add a smiley, pretend you were kidding. Now you just say the thing once and let it land.

People still expect a gentler delivery just because of the neckline, like fabric changes the message. That expectation doesn't last long around here. The complaint department closed a while back, and it's not reopening for anyone.
