You explained it once, clearly, calmly, using actual words in the correct order and everything. Somehow the message still arrived scrambled on the other end. At this point the problem isn't the language, it's the receiver.

People love asking you to repeat yourself slower, louder, like volume was somehow ever the actual issue. It was never about volume. Better speakers just can't fix that particular problem.
